New venture: selling unencumbered mobile

New collaboration between British mobile network O2 and manufacturer HTC phone market will reach without charge
Several truckloads of old phones have in your house? After a decade in which almost everyone has a mobile phone, probably not soon. New collaboration between British mobile network O2 and manufacturer HTC phone market will reach no luggage, for that very reason. It is still unclear which phone it will be, but has been known to come only with a micro-USB cable.
According to O2, Llachsbaim percent of its customers already have chargers support in their homes, and the UK has some 100 million chargers lying around in homes without using. At the same time, the goal of the project is not only altruistic. Yes, removing cargo from the chassis serves to reduce the amount of waste, but also saves companies both need to pack the charger and its shipping costs from the place where it is produced.
In recent years, Europe has a number of initiatives designed to optimize the use of mobile chargers. Thus, manufacturers are obligated who want to sell their phones across the EU to use the micro-USB connection standard for the claim, or provide with their devices that correct adapter to make any charger universal. Indeed, most manufacturers switched to micro-USB in recent years, with the most prominent outstanding is Apple, which insists on using its own dedicated charger.
Apple even went one step further by introducing its new connection the iPhone 5. According to reports, the new entry is associated with a special authentication chip in the company's original cable. So, he ended the era of cheap cable orders from stores in the Far East - only original cables will work with the device (and probably with the following mobile devices from Apple), to which other manufacturers will break the defense.
