Another Nokia filed suit against Apple. "Apple uses our patents each product line it markets," claims
Fighting again. Nokia and Apple Nokia continues to practice to sue Apple. The company announced that it has filed a complaint with the International Trade Authority (ITC) claiming that Apple is violating its patents in a line of products it sells. This time, Nokia claims that Apple uses a patented designed to create features major Apple products, in the multi - Taskynge, synchronization information, stabilization on the screen, call quality and use of aids bluetooth. This demand came after that the ITC had ruled earlier that Apple did not claim violation of Nokia patents. Nokia sued in May 2010 claiming the Apple iPhone, 3G model of the iPad, infringing five Nokia patents, including a cellular antenna design, the use of location services and data communications applications. Nokia also filed previous claims that, Apple responded with a countersuit of her. Apple currently claims a 46 patents copying. Procedures for these claims are made in various lawsuits. The ITC will review the prosecution of six stops, and the decision on the subject is expected to leave at the end of May.
