Skype Company announced today the reason for failure strike most of its system on Thursday of last week. According to the company, who were responsible for some servers off-line messaging and caused delay in responses were attributed to customers who used relatively old version of the software on their computers. This surveillance software error caused the customer's end, in turn caused the collapse of the company's servers. Although only one version - about 40% of Skype users use it, which caused such large parts disabled.
