In claiming a breach of Apple's patents by Samsung Court held that the first will not have to reveal future models of its instruments

Samsung claims that it should see the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 to be able to evaluate the existence of a possible similarity between these products and some of its products to Samsung's future, including Droid Charge and smartphone tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1. Samsung's lawyers argued that they could prepare for future legal claims of Apple, when in fact it was a response to Apple's demand to be exposed to future generations of Samsung devices. This week the judge stopped it asking too much and without genuine reason. "Common sense suggests that relate to infringement claims Apple products can copy them Samsung, and not vice versa", she explained her decision. Judge's ruling can be understood that although Apple will not get an injunction on the distribution of Samsung's new instruments in the United States, at least at this point. The court could discuss the issue in more concrete, it will show Apple the new instruments to the court against those of Samsung and claim to be copied. This is the most important decision for Samsung, because if the court would decide on such an injunction - the company was forced to reach a quick compromise agreement with Apple to turn it off.
