Hacked iPad Shown Running Chromium OS

While it could just be a screengrabbed imaged displayed in the Photos app, we're inclined to

believe it's the real deal as Hexxeh already has a proven track record in Chromium OS builds.
The UK-based hacker tweeted from his compromised iPad, but did say that "I'll dash your hopes later, there are a few catches." In a reply to another tweeter, he said later that "You can't use it as a normal iPad without a restore sadly though."
Only the one grainy picture has been published showing his iPad running the open source Chromium OS, but presumably he'll be letting us in on some of his secrets later
