GooglePlay: Why Google Let Developers limit app by Country?

Since I bought Android-based device is given an upgrade to 2.3.3 but I noticed something odd recently.

Applications that store tells me: "do not fit your device" and I must have version.
I looked at and registered debuting from 2.2 and above. But what's weird? No revisional free download! (And it's free!)

It turns out that Google with stupidity, giving developers a free hand quilting by country Blhgbil Apple's store is no such thing.

Example: PIX-PIXEL MIXER.
If they could write "The application is only available in the U.S. alone"
Instead of being smart and register. They have caused developers to build applications and hacks. I'm glad there are people.

Maybe it's time that Google take off the gloves and do not be such a cartel Ttoltri and consider the users. Maximum will not work. But at least give it a try.
