HTC: is suing Apple over use of patents registered

More legal battle among smartphones: HTC claims that Apple uses its patented various products 


Htaioonit mobile phone maker HTC is suing Apple claiming it used the nine patents that belong to her.These patents were bought by HTC from Google last week, after Google itself had bought them before from other companies - Motorola, Palm and Openwave. HTC has made the claim in court yesterday and complaint to American trade, as it shows the Mac computer, iPhone, iPod, iPad, Hayiklaud and iTunes software instruments, services and software that use its patents. This lawsuit comes after HTC's previous claims against Apple and mutual claims between the cellular market more companies - including Apple and Samsung. Apple contends that the Android OS, an act of HTC devices, Samsung, Motorlh and more - iPhone violates patents. HTC's demands are a defense against such claims. "Google knows that HTC is under tremendous legal pressure from Apple, and she was on the losing side," Bloomberg said network Florian Mueller, a German activist and advisor in the field of intellectual property. "Intervention on the part of Google increases the likelihood of direct litigation between Google Apple" (which has not yet happened). Google currently has about a thousand patents, and recently bought another 17 000 in buying Motorola's mobile division. "HTC will continue to protect its inventions and patents against infringement by Apple to breach this will stop. We believe we have the duty to protect our business, industry partners and customers," said Grace Lee, the company's general counsel.
