Galaxy S3 rumors revolving about half a year already, when two weeks ago and half was officially leaving the future market, and published a release date. Since the various rumors about the rotating device and its specifications, as the most reliable of them (at least on the face) is a specification of components appeared on the German Amazon (and quickly removed).
According to details released, the device will include a Super AMOLED screen size of 4.7 inches and 12 MP Camera - autofocus camera with LED flash, and runs on version 4 of the Android operating system (called Ice Cream Sandwich). Handset price published on the website (unlocked version which is not related vendor) is 599 euros - about ₪ -2950. Specification further states that the device comes with an internal memory of 16 GB, expandable to 32 GB.
